890 Broadway is an 8 story building built in 1896 on the corner of Broadway and 19th Street.  This location is part of the Ladies Mile Historic District of Manhattan, NY.  

The building is home to Ballet Tech, the American Ballet Theater and many other non-profit organizations affiliated with promoting dance in New York City. We've been fortunate to have  worked on various projects pertaining to this building since 2001. We have inspected the facades (made of glazed Roman brick, terracotta capitals, copper cornice,  limestone sills and water tables) from hanging scaffolds and have prepared technical reports delineating the state of existing conditions and suggesting a scope of repairs. We have prepared drawings for masonry repairs and replacing decorative cast iron lintels and have obtained approvals from the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission.
